Human Resources Manager

We are searching for an experienced and talented HR manager to manage the HR Function of our charity that has 96 employees based in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend, Cwm Taf and the Welsh public prisons in Swansea, Cardiff and Usk/Prescoed. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of the HR role as described in the job description and will work closely with other senior members of staff to ensure the Human Resources function supports the overall organisation strategy.

Reports to: Neath Treatment Services Team Leader

Salary: Scale Point 13 - 15: £15,147 - £15,744 (pro rata)

Annual Leave: 25 days, plus statutory Bank Holiday pro rata

Hours of Work: 18.75 Hours per week:

Typical Working Hours Will Be: Monday 9am - 12.45pm, Thursdays 9am - 5pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break), Fridays 9am - 5pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)

Some flexible working may be required
